November 2006 Meeting

Larry Puls told about his trip to La Vegas to an All Electric Contest. David Cantrell brought a beautifully detailed J-3 Cub 40 which he converted to electric.  It draws 45 to 50 Amps. Close up of David's Motor. John Schenck brought what was left of his Hanger 9.  It died from corrosion on the battery plug.
Keith Paskewitz installed a landing gear on the top of his IFO so he can land inverted. Tom Egbert brought a new stylish Club Trainer. George Eheman helped with the program on picking the right motor for your electric plane.  He also brought his Senorita electric plane. Larry Bailey's program on Picking The Right Motor For your Electric Plane
Dan Cramer brought his Sig 4-Star electric conversion plane. Larry Bailey brought his Vermont Bell.  Very nice!

Bob Skiba flew his hot air balloon in the gym.

Very impressive!
